LOT-NO.10: REQUEST FOR (FINANCIAL) QUOTATION (RFQ) FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF HIGH FREQUENCY INVERTER-SOLAR PANELS IN NMEP OFFICE, JAHI, ABUJA

INTRODUCTION
This Bid Document (Financial) on the NMEP Official (www.nmep.gov.ng) is made in reference to the Expression of Interest (EoI) for the Lot No.10 (Supply and Installation of High Frequency Inverter-Solar Panels) in NMEP Office, Jahi, Abuja published in both ‘”The Guardian’’ and “Daily Trust” Newspapers of Thursday, 11th April 2024.
2. The tender requirements as published in the advert document. in addition to the documents in the published advert (i.e., the Expression of Interest for Lot No.10), the NMEP now invites sealed price quotes for the Supply and Installation of High Frequency Inverter-Solar Panels in NMEP Office, Jahi, Abuja as outlined in the annex 1 below.
3. Your quotation should be submitted in a separate sealed envelope tag, Financial alongside your submissions on or before 12 noon on Friday, 26th April 2024. The submitted bids will be open immediately at NMEP Conference Room, No. 23 Olusola Olushade Crescent Along, Navy Quarter Jahi District, Abuja. The specifications and quantities are as provided in Annex 1 below. Bid validity period for this procurement shall be 21 days.
